- Claims for damaged products must be reported within 12 hours of delivery
- Consumed products are not eligible for returns or refunds
- Photographic evidence of damage may be required
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase

If you receive a damaged product:

- Provide complete order details
- Submit clear photographic evidence of product damage via WhatsApp or Email
- Do not consume the damaged product
- Retain the original packaging
- Await confirmation and refund instructions
Refund Processing
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Full product price will be refunded for verified damaged items
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
